New York is one of the thirteen colonial states of the United States of America. It is the third-most populated state of the U.S.A., right behind California and Texass Texas respectively. There have been many people confirmed to be living in New York, with some living in the borough of Brooklyn.

The state has many sports teams, mostly in New York city, but not as many as California or Texas. They range from great; such as the New York Bankees Yankees, to average; such as the New York Jets and New York Islanders, to poor; such as the New York Mets and the New York Knick(erboxer)s. There are also teams from other sports, but, these shan't be mentioned.
